Rainy Day Family Activities Near 30A

Just because it’s raining doesn’t mean the fun has to stop. Whether you’re staying in Rosemary Beach, Seaside, or anywhere along 30A, there are plenty of indoor activities nearby to keep your family entertained. Here are some great options in and around 30A, Panama City Beach, and Destin.

On 30A

  • The Shard Shop

    (Grayton Beach) – Create art from glass shards with instructor-led workshops. It’s colorful, hands-on, and totally kid-friendly. Ages 6 and up.

  • Rock Paper Scissors 30A

    (Grayton Beach – A charming shop with toys, games, and craft kits for a cozy afternoon indoors. All ages are welcome.

Panama City Beach & Nearby

  • Attycat’s Arcade

    (Inlet Beach) – A small but fun arcade just a minute from Rosemary Beach. It’s a great rainy-day stop with classic games and sweet treats like ice cream and cookies. Make it a full outing with a meal at Amici 30A in the same shopping center—it’s one of my favorite family-friendly spots for Italian. Looking for more great places to eat with kids?   • Dave & Buster’s

    (Pier Park) – A classic go-to with tons of games, food, and space for kids (and parents) to burn off some energy.

  • The Grand Theatre at Pier Park

    (Panama City Beach) – Catch a movie and do some shopping in Pier Park.

  • Rock’It Lanes

    (Panama City Beach) – Bowling, roller-skating, arcade games, and a snack bar all in one. This is super fun, and everyone in the family can find something they enjoy.

  • Race City

    (Panama City Beach) – Their indoor arcade and blacklight mini-golf make this spot worth a visit, even on rainy days. (They have lots of fun outdoor activities as well!)

Destin

  • Uncle Buck’s Fish Bowl & Grill

    (Destin Commons) – Go bowling under the sea! The ocean-themed lanes are a hit with kids.

  • Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

    (Destin) – Perfect for getting the wiggles out with wall-to-wall trampolines, climbing features, and more.

  • Thrills Laser Tag and Arcade

    (Miramar Beach) – A high-energy option for kids who love a little friendly competition.

Silver Sands Premium Outlets

(Miramar Beach) – If you're looking to escape the rain and sneak in a little retail therapy, this large outlet offers name-brand stores, covered walkways, and snacks for little shoppers.

Rainy days can still be packed with fun near 30A. From creative studios to indoor arcades and trampoline parks, there’s plenty to keep the whole family entertained.
