Meet Krista: Your 30A Family Photographer

Hi, I’m Krista, a 30A family photographer specializing in relaxed, unposed family photography for families living and vacationing on 30A, including Rosemary Beach, Inlet Beach, Grayton Beach, Seaside, Watersound, and nearby communities.

I photograph real moments as they naturally happen. No posing, matching outfits, or pressure for everyone to “behave.” My sessions are designed to feel easy and natural, whether your family is enjoying the beach, exploring town, or playing games at your home or rental. You get to just be yourselves and enjoy your day.

I used to be a portrait photographer. Later, I taught photography and built an award-winning high school photography program. When I returned to photographing families full-time, I realized I wanted something more. Something real. Something that matched my personality and values. I wanted to photograph families in a way that showed who they are, instead of a curated version.

The moments that matter most are usually the ones people try hardest to control. The sandy toddlers, the chaos, the meltdowns, the laughter, and the shy moments. Those are the memories that become more valuable over time.

My goal is simple: to create photos that feel like your real life and preserve this season of your family exactly as it is.
