Ready to book?
Fill out the contact form at the bottom of the page. I’ll email you back within 24 hours to make sure I have dates available at your desired location. I spend time in both Dallas and the 30A area of Florida (between Destin and Panama City Beach). Once we’ve confirmed availability, it’s time to book. If your session is during a vacation, I’d highly recommend booking at the beginning of your stay so you will have a chance to reschedule in the event of inclement weather. Make sure to check your email!
Booking:
Your session fee and signed contract are due at the time of booking to secure your date. The session fee includes session time, travel time up to 20 miles, and an online viewing gallery to choose from.All print products and files are sold separately within collections that you will purchase after viewing your images.
Planning your session:
After booking, we can plan your session.
Decide where and when you want to meet.
Discuss/plan any activities you want to include. But remember, you don’t have to “do” anything if you want to keep your experience really low key.
Discuss anything you think it would be helpful for me to know about your family. (I was a teacher, so I love all types of kids!)
Session:
You don’t have to do anything, just be you! I will handle the rest.
Curation/Editing:
After the session, I cull through the images to select the ones that I feel most fully tell your story. After that, the editing begins. First, I choose the keepers. This is harder than you would think. Image choice can really influence your story. Next, I choose which images will work better in color and which lend themselves to black and white. Then I edit the images to make each one its absolute best. Editing can make all of the difference in the look and feel of your story!
The final products: Your finished story
After 3-4 weeks, I’ll share with you the fully crafted story. Gather with your family and be ready to be wowed. You can pour a glass of wine, snuggle up on the sofa and dig in, as you relive your day and see your life through my lens.
At this point you will choose the collection you wish to purchase that best fits your needs. Collections start at $600. Every collection includes some files and some print credit.
The print credit can be used on products from my store, such as prints and albums. I really want you to have images in your hands and not just stored on a hard drive somewhere! I have done extensive research to find the best professional labs for you, providing high quality archival prints and albums. Print credits can be used for up to 2 weeks from the day I share your images, so make sure to order right away!
